Had some issue with the A/c causing it to stop and start. Even though the system was working at the time they came, it proved to be more difficult to determine and despite initially addressing, the problem continued. Lazaro and his team were quick to acknowledge and immediately returned to further investigate and diagnose. The unit being located on the roof , was not easy to access and fix. But the tech Félix managed to repair and perform a maintenance of the system while exposed to the intense heat of the afternoon. Should the issue not fix the problem he was prepared to credit back the repair. There are many A/c companies out there which provide a decent enough service, but what sets them apart is the attention to detail in ensuring customer satisfaction and backing up their work.
